Before finding Core 4 Nutrition, I suffered from horrible G.I. distress.  I had been an avid triathlete for several years and would constantly have problems during the running portion of my races and in training.  I was told that my symptoms were common among endurance athletes and that I would simply have to learn how to deal with it.  But I know from my own, personal experience that it does not have to be that way!

I am currently racing my first season as a professional triathlete.  And thanks to Core 4 Nutrition and my new and improved training program, I have had outstanding success, especially in the running portion of my races.  Training and racing without G.I. pain and complications has literally changed my life.  Even though its hard work, I am realizing just how much fun the sport of triathlon can be.  I am thrilled to have the opportunity to pursue my passion for racing.  I have loved every second of my journey and feel so blessed to have found Core 4!
