After tracking the dietary habits of hundreds of athletes (of all ability levels) over the past 5 years, I have learned that most either do not eat enough high-quality protein or have difficulty fully digesting and utilizing it. In fact, the at-home assessment results of many confirmed a variety of amino acid imbalances, despite their regular intake of high-protein foods and supplemental protein powders. Since almost every physical system and enzymatic process in the body is fueled by essential amino acids, even those who eat the healthiest of diets can benefit greatly from the daily use of FundAminos.
In order to be useful, a protein must first be digested, then absorbed, and finally utilized by the body for energy, repair, and recovery. Ideally, this process should be both rapid and complete. But the digestion and absorption of a meal takes several hours. And individual differences in digestive health and absorption rates can reduce the overall efficacy of dietary proteins as a source of essential amino acids.
Some attempt to overcome their resulting protein deficit by simply eating more protein, or using protein powders. But consuming large amounts of dietary protein (over 1.5 grams per kilogram of body weight) on a regular, daily basis places a considerable amount of metabolic stress on the body; it takes a great deal of energy to digest and process protein. And the most recent research has linked the intake of excessive amounts of dietary protein to rapid aging and the onset of chronic disease.
The Case for FundAminos
Due to its convenience, rapid absorption, and efficient utilization, this powdered blend of all eight essential amino acids can be used for achieving an almost-unlimited array of health and fitness-related goals such as increased strength, energy, endurance, fat loss, and recovery. Those who use FundAminos on a regular basis find it easier to control their hunger and food cravings; and they enjoy deeper, more restful sleep.
As a cornerstone of the Core 4 Nutrition program, FundAminos has quickly become our most popular product. Why? With regular use, the its health and performance benefits are often noticed in less than two weeks.
FundAminos are a 100% vegan and non-GMO product sourced from pharmaceutical-grade amino acids; this pure and effective product contains absolutely no fillers, binders, or preservatives. What it does contain is the eight, essential amino acids (50% are branched-chain), in the correct ratio for the body to utilize easily and effectively.
How is FundAminos best used?
To insure rapid and complete absorption, it's important to take FundAminos alone with water and/or a small amount of juice. Dosing should be at least 30 minutes prior or two hours following a meal.
The foundational, daily dose is one scoop, either all at once or in ½ scoop increments taken twice daily in 12 to 16 ounces of fluid. This dose will provide 10 grams of essential amino acids, which is equivalent to 40 grams of dietary protein without added calories or metabolic stress.
To support muscular activity and recovery, take one scoop prior to physical activity and consider a second scoop following sessions that are higher in duration or intensity.
To support endurance and recovery, use one scoop during and/or after physical activity. Consider a second scoop in the morning or later in the day, depending on your workout routine. On lighter training days, one scoop (daily) or ½ scoop (twice daily) will do the trick.
To enhance fat burning, use two scoops daily, splitting that amount into two, separate doses. Take one scoop prior to physical activity and one scoop prior and after a cold thermogenesis session two to three times weekly. Cold thermogenesis enhances fat metabolism and can be accomplished with a cold shower, ice bath, or cold-water swim for 20 to 30 minutes.
To support intermittent fasting protocols, use one scoop in the morning or early afternoon to maintain lean muscle mass and energy.
